Elizabeth Nixon

Elizabeth joined James Clague Architects in 2020, after graduating with a BA Hons in Interior Architecture and Design. Having previously studied Textile Design, followed by Spatial Design and Mathematics; Elizabeth steadily progressed into the world of Architecture.

Being an Interior Architectural Designer, Elizabeth has a keen interest in placemaking and exploring the potential of underused space.   

Elizabeth has always been fascinated by the stories that lay within historic buildings and has a strong interest in the connection between new and old.  This is coupled with approaches that may be used to bring modern design and comforts into properties that hold historical significance
