Agricultural Barn Conversion
Proposed conversion of agricultural building to three dwellings.
We were instructed by Finns on behalf of the land owner to design a scheme and prepare a package of drawings to support an application to convert this agricultural building into three dwellings. We are pleased to say that was successful under permitted development rights.
The owner subsequently sold the building to developers Copper and Cole Ltd. who instructed us to produce a working drawing package for the development and secure building regulation approval.
Construction is now complete.
